Build-A-Bear in Columbus Tanger Outlets is seeking a Part Time Sales Lead to serve as a role model Bear Builder and Floor Leader on Duty on designated shifts. The role includes guiding a team to meet store sales goals and modeling Experience First behaviors.

When not Floor Leader on Duty, you will function as a Bear Builder, delivering exceptional guest service, creating a warm atmosphere, and upholding brand standards for a cohesive guest experience across the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.
• Strong guest service and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model to others by delivering exceptional guest service to ensure a memorable experience.
• Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and the achievement of sales goals.
