POP MART is seeking a part-time Sales Lead in North Carolina to supervise the sales floor, lead the team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will drive store metrics, maintain visual standards, and support events and new store openings.

The role requires retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Join a growing brand with exciting line of blind boxes, MEGA, and accessories.

• Previous store leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
