Job summary

Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead to elevate in-store experiences and drive results across the team. You’ll inspire peers, coach selling behaviors, and maintain store standards to deliver the Famous Feeling for every customer.

You’ll lead daily operations, manage stock and pricing, and ensure a welcoming, high-energy environment. A track record in retail leadership and a flexible schedule are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu.
• Experience mentoring and training Associates on selling and operational processes.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.
