Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead to inspire customers and coach teammates, delivering the famous experience in our store. You’ll manage daily store operations, drive sales, and maintain a welcoming environment that makes every guest feel valued.

You’ll mentor associates, handle opening/closing tasks, and stay current on fashion trends to share insights with the team and customers. This role requires a proactive, shoe-loving leader with flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in general retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu.
