Famous Footwear in the United States is seeking a Sales Lead to elevate the in-store experience. You’ll inspire teammates, drive sales, manage store operations, and model the culture that makes customers feel valued and engaged.

As a team-oriented leader, you’ll mentor Associates, balance opening and closing duties, and help customers find the perfect fit while staying informed about trends and promotions across our brands.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in general retail practices and procedures.
• Retail store management experience or equivalent.
• Ability to mentor and train associates.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspire a culture of caring and camaraderie to deliver Customer Connection.
• Drive sales and achieve goals with accountability.
• Maintain store operations, pricing, inventory, and cleanliness.
