Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead who is passionate about delivering the best shoe store experience. You will foster a welcoming environment, coach selling behaviors, and guide the team to meet goals while upholding customer connection.

You’ll manage store operations, inventory, pricing, opening/closing, and ensure displays reflect our Famous Feeling. Strong teamwork, flexibility, and love for shoes are essential.

Qualifications

• General retail knowledge and store operations experience.
• Experience in retail management or leading a team.
• Proven ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Ability to multitask and communicate directions from store management.
• Basic computer skills.
