Famous Footwear seeks a Sales Lead to create an inviting store atmosphere and coach teammates to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, manage operations, and maintain a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and confident in their purchases.

Responsibilities include leading by example, executing pricing and inventory tasks, and promoting inclusive, positive team culture. A high school diploma is required and prior retail leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with general retail practices and procedures.
• Proven ability to mentor and train associates in selling and operational processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude and communicate the game plan.
