Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Able to work during high-traffic periods including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to travel as required for local store visits and meetings.
• Demonstrate judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness with financial transactions and data.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while following the Lovesac selling process.
• Build genuine connections to drive loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, deliver exceptional service, and build relationships.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, create a fun experience, and close sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution.
