Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up room service trays and tables for orders.
• Retrieve checks and deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to rooms and meeting spaces.
• Serve meals and promptly clear guest trays and respond to requests.
• Present checks to guests and collect payment.
• Return payments and signed checks to order taker.
• Answer room service phone and take orders as needed.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations.
