Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring a PART TIME Room Service Server. You will greet guests, deliver meals to rooms, and ensure quality service in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Ideal candidates are passionate about serving others, with a friendly, proactive attitude and a strong knowledge of food and beverage basics. Evening shifts and weekend/holiday availability are required to support our guests.

Qualifications

• Food Handling certificate/Alcohol training is required.
• Must be available to work evening shifts, weekdays, weekends and holidays.
• Must have a passion for serving others with a friendly, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to hotel guests in their rooms, ensuring correct temperature.
• Explain meals and offer any additional information needed for the guest stay.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, presentation, and temperature standards.
• Follow established safety and security policies; notify management as needed.
• Provide cheerful, responsive guest service in a fast-paced environment.
