You will work closely with operations, engineering, and customer support, and must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds, driving mid-size vehicles, and working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Comfortable driving mid-size utility vehicles as needed.
• Capable of lifting and maneuvering items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with customers professionally.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain field readiness by supporting robots and ensuring timely response.
• Assist in deployment processes, including preparation, inspection, cleaning and placement of robots.
• Track, document, and close escalation tickets with clear communication and records.
• Operate company vehicles safely to move, recover, or reposition robotic units.
• Prioritize safety and escalate critical events as needed.
• Manage end-of-shift recovery by charging and sanitizing robotic assets.
