Qualifications

• BSN Degree required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Current State of Montana Registered Nurse License
• BLS Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and/or provides direct patient care and supports staff on the shift.
• Responds to patient emergencies as charge or lead for disasters.
• Collaborates with staffing office to adjust numbers of staff for census changes.
• Communicates with the oncoming Charge Nurse about census, staffing and patient information.
• Supports unit management in productivity, staffing and timekeeping.
