Job summary

PACS Group, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for their Fountain Inn Post Acute facility in South Carolina. The role offers competitive pay of $27–$29/hour plus up to $5/hr shift differential, with flexible PRN scheduling.

As a PRN LPN, you will provide essential nursing care, support resident health, and collaborate with a supportive team. Candidates should have an active LPN license, current CPR certification, and preferred experience with PointClickCare.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
