Qualifications

• Provide direct resident care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and vital signs.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed.
• Take and document vital signs and report changes promptly.
• Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning for comfort and safety.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and collaborate with the nursing team.
