Qualifikationen

• Licensed LVN/LPN in Kentucky with good standing.
• Minimum 2 years related nursing experience.
• Knowledge of nursing standards and procedures.

• Provide total nursing care for residents on the assigned unit.
• Administer prescribed medications and transcribe orders.
• Document progress notes and resident responses.
• Monitor vitals and detect deviations from normal.
• Respond to emergencies following nursing protocols.
• Coordinate rehabilitation with therapists for 24-hour needs.
• Ensure care plan adherence and accurate CNA communication.
