Job summary

Woodcrest Nursing & Rehabilitation in Elsmere, KY seeks dedicated RN/LPNs to provide comprehensive nursing care and coordinate treatment plans for residents.

Positions available as full-time or part-time. 12-hour shifts from 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am, with benefits including PPE, PTO accrual, flexible schedules, and 401K after the first year.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN licensure in Kentucky.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible during the shift for the total nursing care of residents in the assigned unit.
• Assumes responsibility for compliance with Federal, State, Local, and company regulations.
• Explains procedures and treatments and care plan to resident.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
• Transcribes physician's orders.
• Additional duties as assigned.
