Richwood Nursing & Rehab in Oldham County, Kentucky, seeks a dedicated LPN to join our Full Time team on the 7-7 shift. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications, and supervise nursing assistants to maintain high-quality care.

Qualificações

• LPN license required.
• Experience with medication passes and treatments preferred.
• Ability to supervise nursing assistants and coordinate care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Pass medications and administer treatments.
• Supervise and coordinate nursing assistants.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Complete required nursing documentation and charts.
• Participate in discharge planning and resident care planning.
• Ensure resident safety and quality of care.
