Chapa-De Indian Health seeks an RN Supervisor to lead a compassionate nursing team and foster a collaborative clinical environment in Auburn, CA. You will mentor staff, improve patient care, and help create a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities include overseeing pod nursing operations, coordinating care, conducting assessments, and ensuring accurate medication reconciliation while triaging patient calls with strong clinical judgment.

Formación

• Active RN license valid in California.
• Minimum two years of RN nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

• Oversee daily clinic flow including pre-visit assessments for new patients.
• Manage medication reconciliation and patient education during visits.
• Guide admission interviews and ensure timely patient movement through visits.

Hourly Pay: $52.65-$60.00

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support your Pod’s nursing team to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care.
• Oversee daily clinic flow, including pre-visit assessments for new patients, medication reconciliation, setting visit agendas, and providing patient education.
• Deliver and guide patient care services such as admission interviews, documentation, and timely movement of patients through their visit.
• Manage accurate medication reconciliation for patients with complex needs.
• Triage patient phone calls using strong clinical judgment and nursing best practices.

What You’ll Bring:

• RN License, current and in good standing with the state of California
• Two years RN experience.
• Current CPR Certificate.
