Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented PT Revenue Accounting Analyst in New York, NY to support revenue operations, billing validation, order management and revenue reporting.

You will review customer and order data, reconcile Salesforce and NetSuite transactions, and investigate discrepancies to aid month-end processes. The role requires 3–5 years in revenue-related fields, hands-on Salesforce/NetSuite experience, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, billing, deal desk, revenue accounting, FP&A, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience with data reconciliation, reporting, and transaction analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate customer, order, pricing, billing, and contract information for accuracy and completeness.
• Review and reconcile data between Salesforce and NetSuite to ensure accurate order processing and billing.
• Investigate discrepancies related to bookings, orders, credits, cancellations, and revenue transactions.
• Support month-end revenue reconciliations and reporting activities.
• Monitor and track revenue-related metrics, trends, and exceptions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to revenue operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and Accounting teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Assist with revenue analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support revenue recognition and billing compliance activities.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as needed.
