Job summary

Fulfyld is seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Revenue Operations Analyst to safeguard accurate, timely customer billing backed by reliable operational data. The role covers recurring controls, billing exceptions, work-order charges, storage billing, and credits, with reporting for Customer Success leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, revenue operations, financial operations, accounting support, or a related analytical role.
• Strong Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables, and reconciliation.
• Experience investigating discrepancies across multiple systems or data sources.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet recurring deadlines.
• Ability to document conclusions and maintain audit trails.
• Clear written communication and cross-functional follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Weekly billing operations.
• Monitor Salesforce billing exceptions and resolve.
• Validate charges and totals against work orders.
• Identify missing or incorrect billing lines and ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile billing records before invoices are released.
• Maintain auditable billing-exception queue with owners and due dates.
• Coordinate invoice readiness with Finance/AR and Account Management.
• Escalate billing decisions to Head of Customer Success.
• Prepare monthly storage charges and ensure proper rate application.
• Reconcile storage charges to customer billing records.
• Track recurring credits and contractual adjustments.
• Prepare customer profitability and revenue reports for leadership.
