Kforce Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst with experience in the Legal Services sector for a hybrid role in New York City.

The position focuses on revenue analytics, performance reporting, and building ad hoc reports from large data sets to support divisional leadership. You will analyze billable rates, utilization, and revenue realization trends, and prepare KPI decks for management across domestic and international offices.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of revenue analysis experience within the professional service industry (Business Advisory, CPA or Law Firm, etc.).
• Billable Rate & Utilization Rate Analysis experience.
• Financial Modeling skills.
• Ability to create internal management reports.
• Ability to work a hybrid in office work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide revenue and performance analytics and prepare KPI decks (Profitability, Utilization, etc.) for divisional management teams.
• Perform revenue cycle analysis from large Master Data files.
• Prepare operational analysis for both domestic and international office locations.
• Create ad hoc database reports using historical data points.
• Provide performance and business trend analysis pertaining to billable rates and revenue realization rates.
