Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture, and print. You will build relationships, drive sales, and support a customer-centric environment aligned with our 5C values.

As a part-time Key Carrier, you may perform Leader on Duty duties, including opening/closing responsibilities. Responsibilities include print services leadership, store merchandising, and community engagement, with emphasis on coaching staff,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation and drive store sales.
• Operate Print Services equipment and fulfill client orders on-time.
• Coordinate service for customers throughout the store using communication tools.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise per procedures and merchandising standards.
• Identify improvement areas and reduce waste with loss prevention in mind.
• Contribute to increasing sales and profitability through customer satisfaction initiatives.
• External Key Carrier/Leader on Duty: assist with opening/closing and store security.
• Support cash handling review and store audits as needed.
• Education & Experience: emphasize high school diploma and 1–3 years in sales/customer service.
