Job summary

You will partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability, maintain visual merchandising, and uphold safety and operational procedures. Previous retail leadership experience is valued for driving results and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory, shipments, and product flow to the sales floor.
• Train and onboard new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
