Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of related sales or customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use POS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support operation and drive store sales.
• Operate and assist with all Print Services equipment to complete client orders.
• Coordinate service for customers using store communication tools.
• Process merchandise efficiently and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Lead as Key Carrier and Leader on Duty when scheduled.
• Support loss prevention and safety policies.
