Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a Retail Team Lead (PT) to deliver total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print while building strong customer relationships in a store setting. The role supports a customer-centric environment, with community engagement and alignment with Office Depot 5C values.

The position emphasizes hands-on sales, store operations, and leadership duties including external Key Carrier responsibilities and Leader on Duty tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use POS systems.
• Attention to detail and experience in Print Services is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation and drive store sales.
• Operates equipment in Print Services area to complete orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate service for customers using store communication tools.
• Process merchandise per procedures and visual standards; support loss prevention.
• Drive sales and profitability through conversion and AOV initiatives.
• Lead and train associates to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties and external Key Carrier responsibilities as needed.
