Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail; ideally experience in Print Services.
• Advanced selling skills and strong customer focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable in a changing environment; integrity and accountability.
• Drive for results and continuous product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation while driving overall store sales.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise accurately, adhere to procedures, and improve processes; ensure loss prevention compliance.
• Client Engagement: coach, train, and develop customer satisfaction; participate in community outreach.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: ensure safety, opening/closing duties, and store-wide loss prevention compliance.
