• Operational Efficiency: Process merchandise accurately and adhere to procedures and visuals; assist loss prevention.
• Client Engagement: Drive customer satisfaction, coach associates, and develop selling skills.
• External Key Carrier & Leader on Duty: Open/close responsibilities; ensure safety and loss prevention compliance.
