Job summary

New Balance is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead in Vineland, FL. You will support store operations, lead by example on the sales floor, and coach associates to deliver excellent guest experiences. Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, driving results and adhering to safety guidelines.

The role requires supervisory experience and strong customer service skills. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a pay range of $15.90–$23.80 per hour, with compensation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience
• 2 years' retail supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance as needed, stand for extended periods, climb ladders occasionally

Responsibilities

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor and coach associates
• Drive results by training and developing associates to hit store KPIs
• Deliver a world-class guest experience using the GUEST service model
• Open and close the store
• Follow safety and reporting regulations including proper lifting procedures
