Job summary

FIGS is hiring a Part-Time Community Hub Associate in Philadelphia County. You will blend customer service with back-of-house operations, ensuring optimal shopping experiences. Responsibilities include engaging customers, organizing inventory, and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate has retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and can manage multiple tasks. The pay range is $16-$18/hr based on skills and experience. Must be available for key holiday periods, including Black Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous retail and/or stockroom experience with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to unpack, organize, and lift inventory (5-50 lbs) and walk an average of 12,000 steps per shift.
• All employees must be available to work on 'Black Friday' and during the holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, offering product knowledge on FIGS’ styles.
• Ensure stockroom is efficient and maintain the sales floor.
• Adhere to store safety protocols and support a secure environment.
