Responsibilities

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor and coach associates.
• Drive store performance by training and developing staff to achieve KPIs.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience using our GUEST service model.
• Open/close the store as needed.
• Follow safety and reporting regulations, including lifting procedures.
