• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Address customer feedback and resolve escalations.
• Ensure merchandising and store cleanliness per guidelines.
• Manage cash handling and daily till opening/closing.
• Prepare for regular inventory audits and accuracy.
• Open and close store per SOP.
