Lids Sports Group is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Pittsburgh to lead daily store operations, coach a team, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will drive sales strategies, manage scheduling, and maintain store standards while ensuring a welcoming, inclusive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues or customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Administer discipline steps including verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, execute and assist Lids selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and address issues in the moment, including escalations, and make it right for customers.
• Maintain store technology and equipment – MPOS, Lids Custom, etc. – with daily audits and updates as needed.
• Open and close the store following standard procedures.
• Protect Company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.
