Job summary

The Ohio Columbus Office Depot store is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print. You will build customer relationships and coach staff to drive sales while upholding store standards and merchandising in a community-minded setting.

As a Team Lead, you may serve as a Key Carrier and Leader on Duty, supporting opening/closing duties and loss prevention while promoting Office Depot’s values and a positive store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services
• Advanced selling skills and strong customer focus
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills
• Positive, engaging, and adaptable in a changing environment
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and trust
• Action-oriented with a drive for results, sound decision-making, patience, and a desire to continuously build product and selling knowledge

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation while driving store sales.
• Operates Print Services area equipment and ensures orders are completed correctly and on time.
• Identify areas for process improvement and support loss prevention.
• Drive client satisfaction through coaching and training to associates.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: open/close responsibilities and store security.
