Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to drive Sales and Service across Products, Technology, Services, Furniture and Print offerings. You will build relationships with customers, apply training to sell total solutions, and support a customer-centric culture aligned with Office Depot values.

You will help maintain visual standards, participate in freight/logistics, and may perform Leader on Duty and External Key Carrier duties, including opening/closing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and product knowledge in Print Services.
• Advanced selling skills and customer focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation while driving store sales.
• Operates and assists associates on Print Services equipment to ensure on-time orders.
• Coordinate service for customers throughout the store.
