Five Below in Venice, FL is seeking a part-time Support Lead to oversee daily store operations and assist with onboarding and training. You will act as Manager on Duty, manage cash handling during openings and closings, and partner with the leadership team to boost sales and maintain a high-energy, WOW customer experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of management experience, and strong verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.

Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
