Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast, friendly checkout.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, customer service and urgent issues.
• Manage opening/closing of the store, cash, doors, alarms and daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
