Qualifications

• 1-year related retail management experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Knowledge of retail POS systems
• Preferred experience with customer outreach and driving customer loyalty through brand awareness initiatives

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop the sales team
• Train and develop new sales associates
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members
• Support scheduling and payroll approvals to ensure optimal staffing
