Qualifications

• 1-year related retail management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of retail POS systems.
• Preferred experience with customer outreach and driving customer loyalty through brand awareness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build talent by recruiting and developing the sales team and training new associates.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members and drive engagement.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and adherence to store policies.
• Assist in inventory management, cash handling, and opening/closing store operations.
• Support sales initiatives and promotional activities to raise store awareness.
