Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team across our Lakeshore Learning Stores nationwide. You will recruit, coach, and develop staff while driving sales and ensuring a memorable customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

You don’t need an education background, but a passion to learn and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential. Nights and weekends required; generous benefits apply.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year related retail management experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Experience with customer outreach and driving customer loyalty through brand awareness initiatives
• Strong leadership with coaching and development focus
