Lakeshore Learning Materials in San Jose, CA is seeking a Store Manager to develop a first-class team, implement plans to maximize store sales, and provide customers with an unforgettable retail experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead by example, recruit and coach staff, manage inventory and cash handling, and ensure store presentation, policies, and promotional initiatives are executed to meet Lakeshore's goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related retail management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of retail POS systems.
• Experience with customer outreach and driving loyalty through brand initiatives.
• Excellent communication and training skills.

Responsabilités

• Build talent by recruiting and developing the sales team; provide coaching and feedback.
• Maintain service standards and customer protocols; act on customer feedback.
• Assist in inventory management, cash handling, and opening/closing responsibilities.
• Support scheduling and payroll approvals to ensure optimal staffing.
• Support sales initiatives and promotional activities to raise store awareness.
