Lakeshore Learning Store seeks a Store Manager to develop a first-class retail team, implement plans to maximize store sales, and provide customers with an unforgettable retail experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching staff, ensuring service standards, managing inventory and cash, and scheduling to support peak hours. Flexible nights/weekends required; quarterly bonus program available.

Responsibilities

• Building Talent: Support recruitment and development of the sales team; training and development of new sales associates; ongoing coaching; drive engagement and motivation.
• Building Service Standards: Surpass customer service expectations; collect customer feedback; build relationships; train on products and promotions; maintain store presentation and safety standards.
• Building Revenue and Operational Excellence: Assist in inventory management; cash handling and reconciliations; open/close responsibilities; assist in scheduling and payroll approvals; support promotions and outreach programs.
