Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Store is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic sales team in a fast-changing retail environment. You will recruit, train and coach staff, drive sales plans, and ensure a memorable customer experience across our Lakeshore stores.

We value a positive, proactive leader who can manage schedules, inventory and daily operations while upholding Lakeshore’s standards for service and presentation. Flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, is required.
