Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will drive sales, manage cash handling, merchandising, and participate in promotions to boost customer loyalty.

You will lead by example, develop staff, and ensure store standards are maintained while promoting the MINISO membership program. This role requires high energy and a customer-focused mindset to create memorable shopping

Qualifications

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
Train and develop sales associates to ensure product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
Open and close the store, ensuring safety and compliance.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
