Job summary

CVS Health in Wayland, MA is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution while delivering excellent customer service.

When no manager is onsite, you lead the staff, oversee opening/closing, supervise activities, handle customer questions, price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays, and reset departments following planograms.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Strong deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills required.
• Excellent communication and supervision abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager is absent and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise crew, assign tasks and follow up on activities.
• Address customer questions, problems and complaints and promote customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly promotional displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
