Job summary

You will manage inventory, pricing, displays, and basic bookkeeping while ensuring compliance and safety standards. Ideal candidates bring retail leadership experience, a relevant degree or RMCP, and a track record of teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one of: Associate Degree,Bachelor’s Degree or RMCP
• Prior work in retail operations or equivalent
• Experience in supervising/store operations in absence of higher management

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations
• Supervise associates during shifts and ensure store standards
• Handle cash register duties and basic bookkeeping
• Manage inventory, stocking, pricing and displays
• Oversee safety, sanitation and loss prevention checks
• Resolve customer complaints and requests for refunds or exchanges
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Coordinate with management on advertising and promotions

Education
