Responsibilities

• Monitor the front of the store to reduce opportunities for theft.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty.
• Greet customers warmly and maintain a confident, professional presence.
• Support shortage reduction programs and train associates.
