Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout transactions for smooth customer support.
• Drive omni-channel service with BOPIS and Same Day Delivery when applicable.
• Support Kern/Framing/Shop areas as assigned and train team members.
