Job summary

Acima is hiring a Part Time Sales Manager to lead day-to-day store operations at a partner location in the Atlanta area. You will direct staff, drive sales, train coworkers, and ensure excellent customer service while promoting Acima’s lease-to-own options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the work of all store coworkers on a day-to-day basis
• Motivate, evaluate, coach, and counsel store coworkers and enforce company policies
• Nurture and promote coworkers for promotions to Sales Manager and Assistant Sales Manager
• Establish partnerships with store personnel to generate referrals and educate customers on rental/lease processes
• Train, supervise, and assess coworkers’ dedication to customer service
• Enhance coworkers’ sales and account management skills through ongoing coaching
• Recruit, interview, and hire store staff
• Set and track daily/weekly sales objectives and oversee sales activities
• Oversee sales and account operations and ensure revenue growth
• Educate customers on lease terms and delivery protocols and address overdue accounts
• Promote accessibility, flexibility, and convenience of Acima’s leasing services
