Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong focus on customer experience and coaching.
• Experience with store operations and SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure brand standards and SOPs.
• Coach and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing training.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Drive omni-channel service, including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, and support events and in-store programs.
