Michaels in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will oversee front-end operations, drive selling behaviors, and ensure consistent execution of brand standards across the store.

Responsibilities include coaching team members, managing SOPs, POS accuracy, and supporting omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery. Previous retail leadership is required.

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors, driving conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate and efficient use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Oversee events and in-store programs (Balloons, parties, Knit & Sew Shop) and loyalty enrollment.
